Eco-Therapy
You are part of the intricate web of life, connected to the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of the wild. You are made of the same essence as the stars, the moss, the flowing river, the kingfisher, and the hare.

It seems that deep within us, we yearn to root ourselves in a life of meaning—a life that nourishes both ourselves and those around us. Yet, we find ourselves living in a world that feels detached from the natural cycles of our planet. This disconnection often leaves us feeling anxious and isolated.
We can forget who we truly are.
But when we reconnect with the natural world, we awaken something profound within. It is an ancient and sacred relationship—one of mutual support and balance, where the intelligence of life itself holds us and reminds us of our wholeness.
Time spent in nature invites us to rediscover our own wildness, the diversity within our spirit that mirrors the richness of the earth. Rituals that honour the land and the beings we share it with call us back to ourselves, offering a sense of belonging and rootedness in the world.
This reconnection holds the power to heal and transform. It gently guides us toward inner harmony and restores our balance with the world around us. By embracing the intelligence of life, we remember who we are and reclaim our place in the beautiful, interconnected web of existence.
In my own way, I walk a path infused with nature-based spirituality and animism at the heart of my life and my eco-therapy practice. As an eco-therapist, I draw upon my personal journey and professional experience to offer a holistic, embodied, trauma-responsive, and evidence-based approach—woven with soul and grounded in the wisdom of the Earth.

I offer individual and group outdoor sessions and in addition to outdoor sessions, I regularly bring nature into both the online and physical room and depending on the context of our work together, often offer nature-based rituals or practices that support what you are working with.
I really love the Welsh proverb, ‘dod yn ôl at fynghoed’ which literally translates to ‘to return to my trees’ meaning to return to a balanced state of mind. It feels like a very concise description of how eco-therapy can be experienced. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your unique path of self-discovery and healing in partnership with the natural world, helping you to return to your trees.
