Psychospiritual Counselling
My approach to psychospiritual counselling is transpersonal and grounded in presence.
This way of working acknowledges the spiritual dimension of human experience and can include practices that help you to connect with your deeper essence, higher self, or the sacred. Working with presence means that we allow whatever wishes to arise in our experience to unfold and deepen.
Our work together may begin with a specific challenge, or it may stem from a longing to explore life’s deeper questions, meaning, purpose, belonging, and your relationship with your sense of spirit. I am here to support you in attuning to the flow of your inner journey, helping you connect with your heart and body so that emotions can be felt, understood, and expressed with greater ease. This gentle process invites the release of self-judgment and the embrace of self-acceptance.
As well as talking, we may also engage in guided meditation, movement, or a breathing exercise, if that feels right for you.

These soulful inquiries often arise in times of change, such as adolescence, relationship transitions, health challenges, career shifts, burnout, loss, recovery, or moving through different stages of life. When the familiar falls away, we may struggle with outdated identities, feel a sense of emptiness or unease, or find ourselves longing for a deeper connection to what truly matters.
We do not exist in isolation, and our inner world is deeply intertwined with the greater world around us. I can hold space for the ways we are shaped by and respond to the challenges of our time, ecological crisis, systemic inequalities, and oppression, experiences that can evoke grief, anger, despair, and a search for meaning. Together, we can explore how to navigate these emotions and reclaim a sense of empowerment, purpose, and belonging.
In our work together, I can help you uncover a path that feels more authentic, whether in your personal life, relationships, or professional journey. This might include finding freedom from self-judgment, easing stress, creating a healthier work-life balance, navigating workplace challenges, making choices that align with your true self, or embracing compassionate, heart-led leadership.
